I plan to participate in the Design Competition. Below is information regarding my Team*.
*Teams are limited to from 3 to 5 students. You do not have to be a member of CSI to compete in this competition. Please note that teams are limited to the first 30 student teams who register through this Web Site. If you wish to compete, but do not have a team, please indicate in the comments box below. You will get an email confirmation about your registration after successfully completing this form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 10 days, please send an email.
I want to attend CSI University President's Luncheon on Saturday - a $30.00 cost per person (student & advisor) applies. (Competition winners and their advisor will be given complimentary passes)
I want to attend some of the CSI University Seminars (those presented after Design Competition - no cost to student if participating in Design Competition)
I plan to attend CSI University as a student member, but will NOT participate in the competition (If you are not competing in the Design Competition please register directly at CSI-U registration website; $75 CSI student member registration applies to students who are not competing.)
Hotel Accommodations - please select one of three options below
Option 1 - Please help me connect with three (or less) other students who want to share a room at the Motel 6 Riverwalk, 211 N. Pecos Street, San Antonio, TX 78207 Iif you already have a group of 4 who want to share a one room go to Option 2 below. (We will help students who want to share hotel rooms that will have 4 students. Rooms with 4 are $65.99+ tax a night. Although we are helping students find others who want to share a room, students are responsible for registration and paying for room & incidentals. Students who want to make a reservation with fewer than 4 to a room can proceed to Option 2 below).

We will help coordinate communications between students, and contact hotel for rooms. You are, however, ultimately responsible for confirming your own housing is secured. Option 2 - I will book my own reservations at the Motel 6 Riverwalk, Phone 210-225-1111. Credit card is required at time of check-in for room, tax, and incidentals. Please identify yourself as a student, faculty advisor, or otherwise associated with the student design competition and request to be assigned a room in the CSI Student Room Block. Deadline for discounted rates is June 23, 2004, or when block has been filled). Rates: (1) $53.99+tax; (2) $59.99+tax; (3) 63.99+tax; (4) $65.99+tax. When making your reservation inquire regarding hotel's cancellation policy.
Option 3 - I plan to stay somewhere other than the above hotel. I understand I am responsible for my own transportation to and from event activities.
